Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

- the goods are damaged or defective

- the goods were purchased directly through bloomin.co.uk

- the refund request is made within a 30 day period from receipt

We are unable to refund packages that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
